National Advice Brazil is a Country each less serious day, some events allows in them to say that the Brazilian people is exactly much imbecile, with rare exceptions. We are living a situation chaotic, with inflation, low wages, beyond much violence in the urban centers and agricultural, everything goes very badly, and exactly thus Mrs. Dilma, or Dilma mother as she said the Squid, goes up in the opinion of the Brazilian people, us does not have a president, but yes a mother, this is same a joke! In accordance with the National Advice of Justice, Brazil possesss the third bigger jail population of the world, with 494.598 prisoners. With this mark, the country is behind only of the United States, that have 2.297.400 prisoners, and of China, with 1.620.000 jailed. In the last five years, it had a growth of 37% in the number of prisoners of Brazil. Of the total of the jail population, 44% still are imprisoned provisory, that is, they wait the judgment of its processes. It only sees that thing very impressive, almost 50 % of provisory not imprisoned the Brazilian prisoners, are individuals that had not yet received no type of conviction, however already they meet prisoner in the arrests dirty of the Country, these data are very frightful, therefore we have 500 a thousand prisoners almost, and to each year this number alone increases, generating a true chaos in the prisional system, that finishes not fulfilling its true function of ressocializao, this is only plus one of the innumerable Brazilian problems.
